These are the rules for using RacketLive. They apply to organizers, players, and spectators, including junior events and public tournament pages.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of the Terms of Service between you and Viantech ("Viantech", "we", "us"), the company that operates the RacketLive product. It applies to racketlive.com, related sites, and the RacketLive iOS and Android apps (the "Service").
If this Policy and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms control. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. The Cookie Policy explains cookies.
This Policy covers everyone who uses the Service: account holders, organizers, people entered as players or officials, spectators, and anyone who opens a public page.
If you use the Service for a club, academy, or other organization, you must have authority to bind it, and you are responsible for use under that account.
You may use the Service for lawful tournament, scoring, and spectator purposes, including youth and community events. That includes creating events, entering a roster you have a right to enter, publishing scores you choose to make public, and following public results.
RacketLive welcomes junior, mini, and kids' tournaments. Players of any age may be entered by an organizer who has authority and a lawful basis, including parental or guardian consent where required.
You must not publish a child's email, phone number, home address, or date of birth on public spectator fields. Those details, if an organizer stores them at all, stay off public pages.
RacketLive provides software only. Organizers remain responsible for event rules, safety, safeguarding, eligibility, waivers, prizes, parental consent, and any sports-governing-body requirements.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including Sign in with Apple or Google.
You must not impersonate another person, club, or organizer, or create an account for someone else in order to evade a limit or a suspension.
Tell us at support@racketlive.com if you believe an account is being used without permission.
You must not violate any law or safeguarding obligation.
You must not upload malware, probe or disrupt the Service, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or use automated scraping or bots. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is allowed.
You must not harvest personal data of others without a lawful basis, send spam, or upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, exploitative of children, or infringes someone else's rights.
You must not use the Service to harass players, families, officials, or other users, including by publishing private roster details on a public page.
We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy, the Terms, harms children, or breaks the law. We may suspend or end access immediately for breach or for risk to the Service or to other users, including children.
Scores and standings are provided as-is. The Service is not a substitute for official refereeing where a governing body requires it.
Report misuse, a safeguarding concern, or content that should come down to support@racketlive.com. Include the page address and what you saw. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new date. Material changes follow the notice rules in the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
