We collect account details (name, email, password hash), tournament and participant data entered by organizers, operational logs, and limited usage data needed to keep RacketLive reliable and secure. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by third-party processors.

2. How we use data

We use data to operate tournaments, publish public spectator pages, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data to any third parties.

3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

RacketLive uses essential cookies for sign-in and session management (via Supabase). We also use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate page traffic. Vercel Analytics is a privacy-first tool — it does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and is GDPR and CCPA compliant.

On the public homepage we may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent where required. You can learn how Google uses data at Google's partner sites policy. Advertising is only loaded if you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner.

4. Data sharing

We share data with service providers needed to run the platform — including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (advertising on the homepage when you consent), and communications providers — under contractual data processing agreements where applicable. We do not sell personal data.
